It’s Time

From Renovation to Reinvention.

The Pivot in Plans

Last year, in January of 2020, we laid out plans to renovate our adult sanctuary and our kids’ sanctuary space where our elementary-aged kids worship. But that was January of 2020, then something happened. In March of 2020, COVID happened…and everything shut down. We had no idea what God would do during that time. What we discovered, is that though the front doors of the church were shut, the church never stopped, and the needs of our community only grew. We found two basic needs that Lakeview is uniquely positioned to meet: food and childcare. This made us take a new look at the current needs of the community. In doing this, our plans have pivoted.
